Residence Hall Recreation Room

The Residence Hall Receation Room is available for use by all residents of the UOG residence halls. The Receation Room is located on the first floor IyaHami Hall (Dorm II, Men's Side). The Receation Room has a ping pong table, equipped with paddles and a net.

There is an outdoor volleyball court and a half-court basketball court on the Residence Halls grounds, and a softball field nearby. The Field House, adjacent to Residence Halls grounds, has indoor volleyball and basketball courts, weight lifting equipment, and other exercise equipment for use by UOG student residents.

Residence Life Programs and Activities

Residence Life programs supplement the University's academic programs with a broad range of social, cultural, educational, recreational, and athletic programs and activities designed to develop friendships and build community, while providing residents with a variety of opportunities for self-fulfillment and good clean fun.

Some of the regular programs we provide are:

• Landscaping and Beautification Teams

We encourage all residents to participate whenever possible. We also support residents who wish to organize seminars and activities of their own.
